We loved it, the hotel, the rooms, the food, valet and house keeping are super friendly, our lady server at the restaurante went on and beyond to accommodate my boyfriend who is a vegeterian, the gentleman in the frontdesk on the night shift was also very nice, but the guys at the front desk on the day shift really need to work on their friendliness, they are super up tight and act like they are doing you a favor.
Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely rooms. Excellent food. All the necessities for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Just checked in - so far fantastic!! Visiting Los Angeles before our cruise to Mexican Riviera. My husband accidentally booked our reservations for the wrong date. The hotel was very accommodating in adjusting our reservation. Very personable service. Clean and stylish rooms.
