Great place; clean rooms; great atmosphere!
Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool area
I wouldn't even consider staying at any other hotel when I'm in LA. I've been there twice since May of last year and I look forward to being there again in the fall. The staff is world-class, in particular, Candace at the front desk and Patrick at Viviane. They both went above and beyond for me. I LOVE THE AVALON!!!
We had stayed here 18 years ago on our honeymoon. I booked it and called them in advance to make sure we got the handicapped accessible room we needed to accommodate my bad knee. They gave away our room, said there were fully booked and didn’t assist us in finding another place to stay. At first the desk clerk said I hadn’t called. Then she found it in their notes and said they can’t guarantee even though I had called. They were snooty, rude and unhelpful. RecommendedReally cool furnushed ambulance. Fun pool area...you can have oarties there. Food is very tasty.
