I moved here in June and it has been a great experience since! The staff has been super friendly and helpful with all our random questions, maintenance needs, and all the events they plan. The location of the apartment is very good and convenient for grocery shopping or going to the PATH Station to New York. I can honestly say living here has been very affordable and awesome.
Avalon Cove is a great place to live. The location is perfect- close to NYC, path trains, and downtown Jersey City. The amenities are wonderful and maintained very nicely which includes the pool, gym, and BBQ areas. The apartment units are spacious and updated. Finally the management team, especially Sarah, has been nothing but helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to anything we may need. I would confidently recommend Avalon Cove to anyone as a great place to live.

This is not only a great location where you can enjoy the pool and views, but also a place you can truly call home because of the awesome staff that works here and are always looking forward to make the residents enjoy the most of the time spent here.
