I have lived in the Avalon Cove community for the past 6 years and have had an excellent experience. Maintenance is always prompt to solve any issue. People are friendly and I love the amenities.
I had an amazing experience at Avalon Cove. Management is super helpful and the overall experience was the least amount of stress of any move I've had to date. Special shout out to Kayne Giles who oversaw the process and has made this move as easy as possible in a very short amount of time. He's gone above in beyond in ensuring the Apartment is ready for our arrival.
Avalon Cove is an excellent place to live. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is always worried about our needs. The amenities are in good conditions.
It needs major improvements.
