RecommendedAVA Little Tokyo is my first home in LA. I’ve love my experience so far.. AVA feels like family. My roommate and I have amazing neighbors and a wonderful staff (ANGELA), who ALWAYS takes care of us. I would highly recommend AVA to anybody looking for a new home in Los Angeles. From the pool/jacuzzi to workspace/lounge, AVA has plenty of room for you and your friends to spread out!
Angela is amazing! The staff is always so helpful and sweet. They really care about their residents! The AVA is such a fabulous place to begin with coupled with their special events and amazing staff, what could be better??? So happy I live here! �
Maintenance is great- Walter goes above and beyond to get repairs done in a timely and professional manner. Management is also awesome- they always follow up and help you with whatever you need.
Maintenance is excellent and always responds immediately to repair requests. Further, they go above and beyond taking time out of their day to fix any additional problems even if we forgot to put in a repair request for those problems.
It is pretty, fancy looking apartment for trendy youngsters but has lots of issues because of poor construction. People got stuck in the elevator many times and fire trucks come often and emergency doors shut down over nothing. Located near Skid row/ right by 2nd street where crowded with cars and people. Homelesses walk around yelling at building even though they have securities. One good thing about this apt other then look is, friendly neighbors and staffs which makes it a little better. But that’s about it.
