Wonderful care by Dr. Hansen and David. Staff and nurses are very friendly too!
Worst ever!! Been with them for 8 years and I've had some health issues lately! Have called 3 days in a row and still haven't got a phone call back!!! It's amazing how they don't care!!
Dr. Hansen is so AWESOME! He's a Kind, Patient, Thoughtful & BRILLIANT Physician. All of his team are simply great! I'm so thankful for this Clinic.
I drove right in on my scooter Didn't se Dr but they took care of the tests zip--zip. Get results Friday am
No one likes going to the dr, but when I do, Dr Todd Johnson is the best, along with his nurses! Best GP ever! So nice & you don't feel like you're just being pushed thru, they actually listen.
Being older, and a skeptic, I was unsure when I had to change doctors years and years ago. But, I have always been amazed at the knowledge level of Dr. George Hansen and staff. Appointments are on time early in the morning and tend to back up as the day goes on, but am sure most people are like me and have just one more question which throws that schedule off, or so ill by the time they get to the doctor the appointment will take longer. I agree, good Doctors but horrible customer service. I usually have to wait at least 45 min to an hour before the doctor comes in the room. Also the receptionists at the front desk are not friendly or customer orientated at all.
