Good place to live. Lived at Autumn Lakes for 2 years and had a very good experience with them. The location was great and being so close to the Meijer was convenient. Management was never a problem for me and were helpful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic and the utilites such as water and gas being included were great as well. Like the location! I like living here! The location is great, staff is friendly and maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely fashion! My only complaint is I live on the ground floor and love to sit out on my patio! Well, the upper balconies above me are built with wood slats with space between the boards and I have had numerous things drop down on me as I am sitting out from tenants above me! From people throwing liquids out their back doors to dirt from tenants potting plants! I feel this needs to be addressed because ... read more

Autumn Lakes Apartments I love our apartment. We have gorgeous view of the woods from our back door. The carpet is so soft and I loveeee our walk in closet. The complex itself is so helpful. They answer quick with maintenance requests and keep common areas nice and clean!
Autumn Lakes is Awesome! Quiet, safe, within walking distance to a grocery store and just up the road from other shopping venues. 'Close to a major bypass which takes you anywhere! Well maintained, nicely landscaped. The staff really try and help with any and all problems. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent.
What's not to love! I live at Autumn lakes apartments, i currently have a 2 bed 2 bath unit. I absolutely love it, so spacious and roomy. My vaulted ceilings are my favorite and so is my outdoor storage room. Everything is so peaceful and the environment is just for me. :)
Autumn Lakes Apartments Beautiful surrounding area and back off from the main streets so its quiet and peaceful. Right next to a grocery store and highway so easy access to groceries and traveling. Staff is friendly and maintenance is always on top of repairs. Very nice pool and deck around it for laying out. New Apartments and townhomes with some older ones for pet use. Ive lived in many apartment complexes and I would recommend this one over them all.
5 stars! We sold our house and are currently looking for a house so we are very thankful for the month to month contract. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Pool is clean. Parking is no problem. We are very happy here and it will be hard to leave when we find a house!
Happy in Mishawaka I have lived in this 1 bedroom 700 square foot apartment for almost 6 years. Apartment is fine size for me. Bedroom is large and has a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage shelves. Rent has only went up $50 in 5 years. Maintenance department is quick to respond to repair requests. Grounds are kept up really well. Complex has a nice in ground swimming pool.
