Never changed a review so fast. I wrote a bad review this morning explaining some frustrations with the terms of our lease, but not only did they respond within the hour they had an employee reach out to us and helped clarify the situation and gave us some options on lease renewal! Thank you!

Terrible respond to issue with lawn care company that doesn’t know how to cut the grass without splattering mud all over cars underneath the carport (which is $20 a month with a purpose of protecting cars) Obviously ALA signed contract with that lawn company, yet tells me it’s not their problem to fix the issue, and it’s my responsibility to contact lawn company with complain. 8 years resident and every years is becoming worst and worst.
We are halfway through our third year. The location is exceptional and we have been very comfortable in our townhome. As with any place there are always ways they could improve but the staff has always been responsive to our needs.
