RecommendedI've lived here twice. Four years the first time. I moved to Indy for three years and moved back to be close to family. Autumn lakes has great customer service, Wanda in the office is exceptional, along with the other staff.
In our building, there’s flooding when it rains in the entry way door to get into the building. Mold is growing and I’ve reported it multiple times for a few months. Nothing is being done and I have a 5 month old and a husband with asthma. We are leaving as soon as we can.
I do not recommend this place. for nearly 3 months I was repeatedly given different move in dates. only to be told a few days later each time they never had the keys from the tenant moving out. this happened 3 separate times. I am given a move in date, so I spend 700 plus dollars on supplies to be ready to move in, only to then be told they don't have the keys and the tenant isn't really moving out. I was basically flat out lied to 3 times. this place is the most unprofessional business I've ever had to deal with. the leasin... read more
My garage door had a malfunction yesterday and I was locked out of my Townhouse. I called the emergency maintenance line and they showed up so quickly to help me. They had to call someone to fix my garage door & it was done within 24 hours. Grateful to have such fast service here. Our family is in Florida, so to have people to come help when you need it is a blessing!
Have lived here twice over the past 6 years. The complex is clean and well kept. Maintenance is always available and able to help. Office help is friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the pool closes too early in the season. 😢
Be sympathetic to your residents that you have NEVER had an issue with!
