My car broke down on my way home and luckily I barely made it to the parking lot. Melvin went above and beyond with diagnosing the issue and changing the necessary belt for me - my husband and I were both very impressed he was willing to offer this service and did not charge for it. I was back on the road within minutes and I can’t thank you all enough. 10/10 customer service and knowledge.
Melvin, the store manager, provided exceptional customer service during my visit. I came in needing assistance after having my windshield wipers installed incorrectly elsewhere, which caused ongoing issues. Melvin took the time to help me find the best fit for my vehicle and even installed them himself. Today my wife went by and got her battery replaced after her 1 year old battery from that location had died. They warrantied it and immediately after it locked up her electronic power steering. I was out of town and could not get there to help. She immediately went back and asked them to fix it because it was obviously an issue with her newly replaced battery.
