The young lady that waited on me actually went out in the cold, pouring rain to change my battery out and I was so grateful.
Lesson #1 When a customer is waiting at the cash register an employee should help them. 3 very rude employees should not be conversing (using profanity at that) and another decent coworker doing all the work. Get it together please.
So my son was stander at work today. Got some jumper cables and went to Auto Zone. They tested my battery and the scanner said "BAD BATTERY". We looked for a new one-cause I had to have a running car. I had the associate check my phone number and I was just under the 2 year warrenty for the bad battery and I got a free replacement. They replaced my battery while I was there. It sucked that it only lasted the two years-but thankful to be able to get a free replacement.
