We are in Virginia Beach on vacation and all of the sudden my car would not start. We were able to start it again but then it died again. We took it to Auto Zone to have it diagnosed. We were blessed enough to have Charles as our customer sales associate. He diagnosed our issue in no time at all. Turns out I needed a new battery. He put the battery in so quickly and the cost was reasonable. I'm sorry we had no cash to give him a well-deserved tip. Was in town visiting family and needed a few needed a few things for my car so I came in and the lady was so nice and professional with me kept a smile on her face and proudly answered all my questions I think her name was Morgan so if your ever in town and need to go to auto zone I think she will be your best help
Highly unprofessional, came in the other day to pick up some parts for my car. Instead of being greeted I he hear a nasty older associate making disgusting comments to one other employees. I couldn't even finish my shopping, absolutely sickening. She seemed very uncomfortable. I'd watch out for this place
