I stopped to get a new headlight bulb. Kensley was pleasant, friendly and helpful. She found the bulb and attempted to install it for me. Her attitude and demeanor were positive and encouraging. When she was unable to install the bulb, she asked Bianca to help. After several attempts, Bianca was able to get the bulb installed. She also helped to get my passenger mirror stabilized. Both Bianca and Kensley were incredibly helpful, patient and kind.
I came in for a code read and Gavin and mark helped me figure out what the issue was, which parts to buy, and how to install them. The code went away on its own after a few miles. Thank you to Gavin and Mark for helping me save hundreds!
