Great team and service. Took more than an hour longer than expected, which wasn't great, but happens. Dana kept me updated and apologized for the delay, which I very much appreciated. I will definitely be back!

The service team is awesome. Mark and Eugene are amazing advisors. Both are extremely personalable and funny. They take their time explaining everything to you in layman's terms. I also love how someone from service always follows up to make sure there weren't any problems. Looking forward to getting my next car from Denville Acura and having it serviced by Mark and Eugene.

Pre sale conversation over emails with Meghan was very good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A simple smile and greeting to welcome were missing. We certainly don't look for pushy sales tactics.
