I can’t thank Mark enough for all his assistance in my recent debacle regarding my TLX 2019 Acura. I reached out to my current Acura dealership to no avail. Steve and especially Mark went out of their way to assist me and point me in the right directions until I finally was able to tow my car to their facility. Once I got to the facility, Mark was there to greet me and expedite diagnosing what my cars problem was.
