For the first time in 5 years I have to rate less than 5 stars due to the lack of transparency up front on their $109.95 coupon for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Upon completion, I was charged what I was told was an industry standard hazardous waste removal fee of close to $13 in addition to the expected tax. Dealership has always been very easy to work with. I’m always able to get an appointment and the staff is able to answers all my questions. Marc is especially helpful.
