Steve was very helpful it was our first time paying and he made the experience very easy. He officially became our car guy. We came all the way from NY and had bad experience everywhere else and he was great

I found working with Bill Backes to be a pleasant car buying experience. If he didn't have the answer to my many questions, he found them and got back to me promptly. He wasn't a hard sell person and worked with us to get a vehicle we liked at a price we felt was a reasonably good value. I hope the service department lives up to the sales experience.
