Service gave me an appointment that I needed with a loaner car. They kept me informed of what was going on and while the car had to be left overnight because of parts needing to ordered it was done promptly the next day.

I had an issue with my drivers seat this WK. While we delt with a small communication error on the part of the team, they went above and beyond the rectify the situation and makes sure I knew they were looking out for my best interest. Have not experienced such high level customer service like that in a long time.
