I was told my appointment would be a quick 30 minutes and a complimentary car wash it was almost 2 hours and my car was not washed I called and was offered a voucher for a car was about 45 minutes away not worth the gas…when I went to purchase a very expensive second key I was told my rear tires were way out of alignment and quoted 165 to fix them to prevent more tire wear I said I can’t afford it right now they gave me quote to show Acura and when I gave it to them they said it wasn’t covered in my warranty even though it w... read more
