No pressure; straightfoward, no gimmicks; easy negotiation over trade-in and closing of transaction from e-quote. Holley Haggerty was courteous and responsive, as was the manager recently arrived from nearby Honda. Great experience. I the kind of person that dreads new car shopping and pressure salesman and that infamous, I have to check with my sales manager for final price. This was the second car I purchased with James as the salesman. He was very down to earth with no hard sell tactics. The car I wanted to test drive was available. james was very familiar with all of the questions I had about the features of the car unlike other dealerships.

Every car we ever bought we did not have a good experience until we came to Acura of Denville. Holley was wonderful to deal with, there was no pressure or haggling, she was efficient and helped us on all our needs. Britt in finance was very pleasant, she explained everything very clear and did not pressure us into anything we did not want. Overall it was a great experience and everything went through very smooth and fast.

My overall feeling when dealing with this dealership is one of friends getting together rather then a sales situation. This is something I enjoy whether meeting with the sales or the service staff. Went to this dealership to look at and possibly purchase a 2007 TL. After going inside and looking for a free salesman there were a bunch. After one guy approached me and asked if i was being helped i told him what i was looking for and he said i had to talk to another salesman about that.
