Ups and downs, but satisfied overall. Had issue with my tags, but good experience overall with Frankie Florey and Pete Sprio. Frankie was able to help resolve my issues, even though I am out of state.

Great service I have a 2006 tl that I needed to retrieve my navigation codes because I changed the battery. I called first and the service lady Dana told me how to retrieve it and when I have the numbers they needed. They would be able to give me the codes for free.. I was not able to get them so I had to go to the dealer. I went there and the spoke to Matt at service who tried also. For some reason it could not be retrieved in the easy manner.
