Overall Great Car Buying Experience Michael and team were great to work with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and they were happy to answer any questions regarding the vehicles and the sales process. The entire process was very smooth. Best Dealer All the years I’ve been leasing vehicles , not one has stood out as Accura of Denville. Courteous, easy to work with from sales to management. Everyone was very informative and accomodating .

Bill McLaughlin, was professional and helpful. Bill patiently explained the features of the car, especially the recent updates to this model and its technical workings. Our negative about this purchase was not with Bill, but with the sales manager. When we signed the obligatory sheets such as the "Lemon Law" notice, a "Nitrogen Protection Product Guarantee" sheet was included for signature as well. Since we signed the order, we felt that we had no recourse, although we were not told this added $129 'guarantee' was OPTIONAL!
Wonderful I went in to test drive a TLX and surprised myself by signing a deal. Everyone I encountered was great to work with. I never felt pressured and was very happy with every part of the transaction. John Machado was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the car, was patient with my many questions and ensured I was satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend John and this dealership. And I absolutely love my TLX.

Great stress-free experience John was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I got a GREAT value in a used car. I live in PA and saw the car advertised online and thought I would take a look. I walked out with the car and not because I felt pressured to do so. It was because they offered me a value unmatched by any other dealer in the NJ/PA area and there are at least 10-12 Subaru dealers closer to my home (and this is an Acura dealer). Pre-Owned Purchasepurchased I Purchased a 2013 Acura TL AWD/Tech sight unseen based on phone discussions and assurances from Senior Rep (Steve Victor). Traveled from out of State to pick up car, and found it to be everything sales rep had promised. My trust in his honesty, integrity, and value proposition was totally verified.
