Smooth process! Got into my first lease with Acura (2017 ILX) this past weekend. Extremely smooth process. We dotted our I's and crossed out T's and I was driving off in my new car in about 30-40 minutes. Frankie and John were extremely helpful and went above and beyond throughout the process. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth transition into a new vehicle.
Smooth Operation We walked in there after already knowing the dealership was great as we did our homework after our daughter bought the same vehicle six month prior.
Great dealership We drove way out of our way to this dealership because of one ad on one car. Steve Victor was the salesman who answered phone and gave us details on a car we saw on the internet. It was late but we headed out. The car was exactly as described, the price the same as advertised. Steve went out of his way to give us a great experience, Michael Fazio made the buying process wash and we ended up driving home with a new car that night with no qualms whatsoever that we could have done better anywhere else. Awesome buying experience Lease a new Acura RDX car and they made the whole process so easy. When on Friday , worked out a deal and drove out Saturday with my new car lease. Denville Acura is a Pleasure After going to another dealership closer to my home, I decided to go back to Acura of Denville where I purchased a car in the past.
