Efficient, pleasant, responsive. The employee that took care of me -Steve Victor - was very patient and tried hard to meet my tequirements. Eventually I leased an ILX similar to the one I leased 3 yrs ago. The paperwork went very smoothly.
New Lease I just leased my fourth vehicle from Steve Victor. He really is great at what he does. He is patient and listens to what his customers are looking for in a vehicle. Then takes the time to show you how to use all of the different features. Once we selected what vehicle we were getting the process with the Lease Agreement went smooth as well. Bait and switch I was looking for a lease price on an MDX. Megan Pakenham sent me a quote that seemed great but it did not include taxes and first month. I said we would be good if it did. I spend about an hour emailing back and forth, each time she tried to get a deposit of out me saying "if I can do that price, would you put down a deposit?" New Lease Steve Victor was a true gem. He was professional, honest, sociable, and made the whole experience of leasing a vehicle pleasurable. He did not try to sell me something I did not want. He listened to my needs and found the right truck for me. Additionally, he explained how to use the different cell phone features with Bluetooth which was highly important to me. great experience I originally went to the dealership on Tuesday at lunch time to have the tire checked on my 2014 RDX. The service staff was very friendly and efficient.
