I purchased a car out of state and had it delivered. Alens made the process very smooth. This was my first time buying out of state and Alens made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process! Car arrived and everything was just as he mentioned. Worst dealership ever. Delivered 2024 Integra with chip in paint. Salesman tried to touch it up but it looks terrible. Never offered to fix it properly but wanted to sell me touch up paint for $28! After complaining to Acura corporate GM called and said someone would be in touch to get me a loaner and fix the paint. Going on a week and I've heard from no one. Avoid this place like the plague if you value customer service
