I ‘Love’ my VW and the fantastic service I always receive! A VW bug was my first car back in 1969. Over the years I have bought many different cars, makes and models. After over 40 years I came back home to my first love! VW! I had great memories with my first V.W. betel, besides that I have always trusted the engineering, reliability, and the safety. Service station is the worst bunch of incompetent mechanics. Took my Jetta in because it was overheating, they insisted on replacing the timing belt in addition to the water pump. A week later the whole engine drops, the passenger side motor mount broke. They replaced the engine with one in even worse shape and kept my new timing belt and water pump. Less than two years later the timing belt broke, broke the header and ruined the valve. And the water pump needs to be replaced. Over $2500 to fix what I originally paid have fi... read more
