Good prices at Desert VW. Car safety was one of my concerns and they went over all the safety features. The car VW is very eco-friendly and you can always rely on them. I love the car I purchased, and the place I bought it from.

I wanted a convertible. The VW beattle was the 1st one I drove I really loved it. The dealer never gave up getting me into one. My sales rep was awesome as well.

We walked into Desert VW after leaving an unsatisfactory experience at another dealership down the street and were very surprised by how friendly the sales that greeted us was at Desert VW. Service adviser Roland Wheaton had no problem to lie to my face: I paid for a Fuel Saver Service, $69. It was to include (among other things) an oil change, inspection, tire balance and rotation. It was mainly for the tire service that I chose this service over a regular oil change. Roland Wheaton failed to give me a work order. When it was time to pay I had to ask him for the vehicle inspection sheet. On my invoice I was charged for 49 quarts of oil (my car's capacity is only 5qts!). John Edelberg is one of THE best and MOST honest people I have ever met and had the pleasure of dealing with. His answers were spot on and he had incredible knowledge of the vehicles we discussed. John has been in the business for a long time and is great at what he does. I have purchased several cars in the last few years and ONLY do business with John. The service advisor Ana Gordillo always tries to push unneeded services at the highest rates on my wife's 2008 Jetta. She completely lied about brake pad replacement and turning rotors needing to be done immediately at $289. I declined so I could get a second opinion. She then said if they are not done immediately, more damage would be done to the rotors (typical service "advisor" tactic).
