There's a good chance, you'll be sorry you decided to buy your car here. A few really decent folks, great parts department, but ... well #1 expect to be taken for an idiot by some of the sales guys...as unhappy as I am this dealership, Findlay VW is actually WORSE. I'm serious: expect to have any repair bills dishonestly, in fact, padded. The good reviews must have been posted by employees or by people who know literally nothing about cars. These people invent problems and they overcharge. Here are a few examples I have experienced in person. For corroded terminals, they want to replace the battery. When the coolant level is low, they want to replace the thermostat. When the mechanic breaks something, they want to claim it was broken. They want you to pay at least $400 or more, no matter what. Some people say we had high hopes or impossible standards. We were looking for a specific model with certain features. We wanted the exterior/interior a certain color, we wanted the larger rims and it had to be in our price range. We called around and no one had it. Shopping at Desert Volkswagen was a great idea of my husmband. He was driving by and saw a really nice car and came home to tell me. When we arrived there, this wasn’t the average dealer. They were really nice and helpful. They didn’t hound us and pressure us to run credit or anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. We found a car we really loved and took it for a test drive. I love my new Passat! I love all the buttons it has! So many functions I still don’t know them all! Nothing like saving up for a new car and finally getting it! I picked it up with 99 Miles on it! That is a first for me! I must say that I am happy with my selection and my Passat is everything and more! Thanks to David & his knowledge I will be sending everyone his direction!
Desert Volkswagen has a great selection of cars to choose from. I enjoyed my shopping experience while I was there and they took great care of me. I am glad I chose to do business with them, considering there are other dealers in the area! I do highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
I got a ride home from a friend last wekk and they had a CC. I never been in one but I was in Shock. The car was so nice and very luxurious. It was almost like a Benz. The ride was so nice and smooth. I had to get more info on it. I contacted Desert VW and told them what I was interested in. they got back to me very quickly and had a lot of info for me.
