I've had various service reps help me when I go to Weston Toyota for Service. All of them have been attentive. They always listen to my concerns and follow through. My car is always ready in a timely manner.
Service was very fast and customer service was awesome.
The service was great even though my appointment this past Saturday was at 7am and I was late on top of that. I was taken care of well and fast, Steven did a great job as well :)

They don't answer calls or return messages. I've been calling and leaving messages for months about getting a refund on my gap insurance. I get patched up to a financial person, and they don't answer the phone. I leave a message and no one returns the call. The operators won't answer my calls either, if they do, they hang up on me. All my messages that i left are polite requesting that they call me back or email me. I let them know that I'm not in Florida so, i can't go in person, but they still don't return my calls.
