I have been using their service department since I bought my car in 2013 come to find out the first time I use somewhere else I’m shown my filter Which took five hours to get it pulled out by the way. The filter was almost stuck in their tight and black and I was just there a few months ago for them to check my vehicle!!!To make a long story short AutoNation service folks have not truly been servicing my vehicle like they should have been these past years. quick service and everyone is friendly
I like that it’s so close to my house however it was my second time there, 1st for service due to a recall on my van, and the work took 5 hours. I wish they offered a loaner instead of a shuttle service. Especially since it was recall work.
I recommend AutoNation Toyota Weston because their goal is top customer service and satisfaction is guaranteed.
