Brought my car in to fix two recall issues. After I waited two hours during repair, I was told that they had only been able to do one of the repairs. They did not have the part to do the second (which they should have let me know as soon as they saw that’s what the appointment was for) Was able to get appointment a few weeks later. Was told repair would take 2 hours. After 2 and a half hours, I inquired at the desk. Was told car would be at least another hour. I arrived for my Friday 9am appointment and was told it was made for Saturday. I know I asked for Friday since it was my only day off. They took me anyway. I spoke with my adviser and asked for only one favor, please get the done light set to go on when the door opens. No problem I was told. Off I went waiting for the call it was done, only an hour I was told. Returned after and hour and a half, went to the window and was asked if I received a call. I said no, but then they never call.
