I recently had a Factory recall taken car of at Auto Nation. I booked online and I arrived 10 mins late but it was not an issue. I was welcomed and greeted as if I was on time. I was shown the way to the service area where I was meet very cordially by Al the service Manager. He checked me in, explained the procedure and time frame. Service is quick, check in is quick never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Jamid is my service advisor. He always looks at my past service and recommends what is needed whithout rying to sell me something I dont need. He is very professional and makes sure I get advantage of any sales or service specials on oil changes, tires or anything. 10+

I went because my car needed the maintenance, I did not have appointment and Daniel was excellent and very nice person.
Purchased my first and third car both from Rudy at this location and have been been getting my cars serviced here since. The other day I met Daniel for the first time as he was the one I had the appointment with for my regular service and the customer service was excellent. Made me feel like I was the only person he was helping all day and helped me out A LOT with an ongoing issue I was having with my battery!!
