Gary at Subaru Scottsdale service is always so helpful and takes good care of his customers. He is polite, courteous, knowledgeable and a good listener. The service department has taken care of my Subaru Forester for 3 years.
I have to admit, going to a car dealership is not one of my favorite things to do. My wife and I are totally pleased with our car buying experience here. Tony, Coco and John with his follow ups after purchase were great. Highly recommend this dealership.

Overall Experience at this dealership was amazing! Mike M. Hooked it up with a 17 STi. I freaking love the car! Everyone there was really nice and courteous and had a lot of knowledge in the vehicles. Took care of me and got out quick, went over all the features on the vehicle before I drove out of the dealership. Mike also even called to check to see if I got my car home safely! What really? I like going to the car dealership about as much as most people like going to the dentist! I even work in sales, but can't stand the high pressure atmosphere. The team at AutoNation Subaru has changed my mind on car buying! They were top notch, no pressure, understanding and very accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone to go buy their next car there. Mike and Elijah were so awesome! I can't wait to go get my oil changed to stop in and say hi!
We had an appointment and the service department staff was very helpful and courteous while we were there. They got us in and out they are great and always helpful.
My service manager, Eldon, took care of me and my vehicle. Dropped my car '93 Olds Silhouette van for oil gasket repair and drove away with a 252-mileage loaner!!. Eldon called the warranty company and pointed out to the inspector other items that may be covered for repairs. When my vehicle is ready, no pressure to immediately return the loaner. Now my vehicle is purring happily. May get 2 more years out of my van.
