Although we are very happy about the actual vehicle- we have been very disapointed on the follow-up from the customer care standpoint. We were told that we could cancel or gap policy and our tire protection policy at any time. We have been struggling to get this done over the past 4 months - and have now met a roadblock whle trying ot cancel our tire protetion policy - after we were denied our claim and realized that it didn't meet our need or expectation. Just bought my very first brand new car from Autonation Subaru. 2014 XV Crosstrek. Loved the customer service! This was the third Subaru dealership I had been to and they definitely earned my business. My sales rep was great and the finance manager was super fun. All around great team and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
This has been a miserable experience. If you like unfinished paperwork and HUGE warranty hassles this is your place. Not only do they not finish your paperwork but they never answer or return calls. Customer service is nonexistent from their managers and even their general manager!
