Best Subaru store in Az. I have been to all of them and this one stands out by far. Solid sales staff, Management always helpful, and the service department is award winning.
Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer... First a bait and switch on financing, followed by an unpleasant experience to make things right, and now I'm sitting here for over an hour at the dmv because I was told I would be getting new plates (with me reconfirming info multiple times) yet when my registration came, it had my plate # from my trade in. Our family van was totalled, suddenly leaving us without our family's main transportation. We called AutoNation. We worked with Ward Bizzell. After visiting another dealership, enduring an advertising scam, major dishonesty and really BAD vehicles, we were pretty "punchy". AutoNation worjed with us, Ward was professional, patient, and a pleasure to work with. By the end of the weekend, we had a certified used 2007 Ford Expedition. Car shopping is a pain, but there are diamonds in tge coal bin, so to speak.
The way the Roether family and by association the United States Army has been treated during this transaction is dispicable. Do the right thing. You know you have done wrong.
The way Auto Nation Subaru Scottsdale treats our Military is horrible. How dare you do this to the ones who willingly go out and risk their lives for your freedom!!!!!
