Bought my Outback in Wisconsin. The service I received here was fantastic! Michael at service was so helpful and professional. Would recommend them highly! Now that I have dealt with two service departments, it's clear that Subaru prides itself on great customer service!
We have had a very good experience with Auto Nation Subaru in Scottsdale. We bought a used Volvo C 70 and they have treated us well. The car has a ton of miles when we bought it, however, we knew that and so far - so good. We had some work done at Volvo that was not under the warranty we purchased ($750), but this car has been a good solid daily driver. The team there has been good to us. :)
I love AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale because my service writer, Gary, listens and explains all of my concerns. The dealership waiting area offers a comfortable area if you wait for your vehicle service and everyone is very helpful.
Called me back twice after buying a car demanding more money due to “mistakes in the contract”. Buyer beware.
I was in a real hurry, but I was booked in for a service which needed to be done. When I turned up I explained the situation, they listened, and they turned the car around in 30 minutes. It's a simple thing and a small thing overall, but listening to your customers and finding a way to solve *their* problem is a mark of great service. Thanks for helping out today.
