Myles was great! I would recommend starting any car search on line. Not only did he respond to my email within seconds, but when we got to the dealership, he already had the car we inquired about up front and ready to test drive. Within an hour, we drove two cars and settled on a price; no haggling needed, they were fair from the start. The only negative was waiting three hours for the finance guy, but the positive interaction with Myles made up for that.
Most of the time they are quick.
huge shout out to Lindsay she was amazing to work with even though we weren't able to find the right car for my daughter she spent over six hours with us on Friday and kept in contact over the next 24 hrs to find a car that my daughter wanted. Thank you and I will tell anyone looking that this sales person is the best!!!
I purchased my 2017 Outback in 10/17 and was happy with the customer service. I have since had regular service three times and found it easy to make an appointment, the work was done in the time frame stated and they have been friendly. We have many Subarus in the family and we love their safety and dependability. (I really love my 2017 Outback- the extra 3.6 engine gives me the extra power and I still get 26-29 mpg while on the highway.)
Mike Harris in service is easy to work with and honest. When Mike moved to AutoNation a year ago, I moved with him even though he's further away. Mike takes care of ALL the service needs for our two Subarus. Thanks, Mike.
