RecommendedI've had my 2020 Outback Touring for five days now and am extremely pleased with it. I've owned 5 Acuras (including a 2019 TLX A Spec I still have), BMWs, Saabs, many Hondas, and two Prius. the service department is overwhelmed, understaffed, and not honest about their availability to service vehicles.

Raymond Trzaskos is trash
Gary in service at Autonation Subaru is the best. He has always been great to work with, and has really helped us keep our Subarus on the road. With 225K on our forester, and over 150K on our outback we still feel confident in driving these cars anywhere.
