They called and texted me right away.
Terrible, tried to sell us a 30% interest rate. The finance person was very disrespectful and talked over us and our concerns. Went elsewhere and got less that 11% rate and had a very streamlined process.

Sales rep was nice & very responsive on getting everything I needed before coming to test drive the car. I personally feel the used car I was looking at was significantly overpriced. There was rust in the engine bay, the vehicle shook while idling, the interior needs to be replaced with tons of scuffs and deep scratches all over. And they don’t negotiate on pricing which they try to sell you as a value add and what’s preferred by consumers. . . well not this consumer. Vehicle is still sitting there unsold. While we were not able to buy this car we liked, the dealer was helpful and responsive.

From the moment we walked into the sales office we were made to feel comfortable, and greeted by all staff. The purchasing process was very good and we received a wonderful vehicle couple of hours later. Thanks to the sales staff at AutoNation Subaru in Scottsdale.
