The AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale service department, and in particular service advisor Garry Gonce, never disappoints. My appointment was easy to schedule, and the time in the comfortable waiting area passed quickly. The assigned technician completed my Forester rear springs recall task and performed a thorough inspection of all vehicle systems in the time Garry had estimated. I left with a clean car thanks to their complimentary wash.

Called for recall service and oil change. Told to come in that day. Service writer was personable and polite. They took my car in immediately and began the work. I stood in the customer waiting area that was well appointed and comfortable. Car was ready when promised. Washed. No attempted upsells. It was my first visit to that dealership. I will be returning when next servicing is needed.

The service appointment was fine but the follow-up after the service was VERY ANNOYING!! I took my 2017 Forrester to AutoNation Subaru for 21K service. The appointment was fine: quick and thorough.
