Called for recall service and oil change. Told to come in that day. Service writer was personable and polite. They took my car in immediately and began the work. I stood in the customer waiting area that was well appointed and comfortable. Car was ready when promised. Washed. No attempted upsells. It was my first visit to that dealership. I will be returning when next servicing is needed.

The service appointment was fine but the follow-up after the service was VERY ANNOYING!! I took my 2017 Forrester to AutoNation Subaru for 21K service. The appointment was fine: quick and thorough. The follow-up after the appointment was horrible. I received multiple robocalls from the service department stating that I needed to contact AutoNation about a service issue.
