Great place to buy a car. The sales people work on quotas, not commission, so there's no pressure to buy a more expensive model. Sales varied in their knowledge of the models, but looked up answers to any questions I had. Finance has the usual upsells - extended warranties, service contracts, etc. - but the sales pitch is soft, not full court press. Great experience with Bo and Kim, purchasing a 2018 WRX! No BS or "car sales games", just quick agreement on the price and trade, and we were done! Friendly and transparent, and a breath of fresh air vs. some recent poor experiences with other dealerships. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for your next Subaru!
I have been buying cars for 55 years. My experience last weekend at AutoNation was exceptional. Myles was enthusiastic and knowledgeable for his brand. The entire process of arriving and driving away with exactly the car I came in to buy was just a couple of hours. The process was concise, clear and comfortable. Again, Myles is a very valuable employee and he should be recognized as exceptional.
