I was very disappointed in my service representative. They did not review the work done or really seemed too busy to talk to me as I picked up the vehicle. You may need to have more service representatives to really service your customers. The staff in general all were very nice and helpful.

I drove in with a bad battery and a recall for reprogramming the computer on my 2015 Altima. They took care of me pretty quick and got to working on my car. I waited about an hour and a half which is what they told me it would probably be. My battery was covered under warranty so I paid nothing and came out to a nice washed car and was on my way! Everyone was pleasant and would recommend this dealership.
Service is very good and customer care is excellent.
Five stars; Great customer service, arrived an hour early to my appointment and they took me right in. Job completed ahead of schedule.

Taking care of issues after the sale! sold me Term care select on contract tried to use and was told it doesn't exist! $895.00 and now they won't return my calls!
