Terrible experience. Do not go here. I went in for an oil change and they convinced me to rotate my tires. Worst decision. I left and my car was shaking and the steering wheel was wobbling. After a few days, I went back in and looked at the tires with the manager and we noticed they were significantly cracked due to the shaking. The mechanic who rotated my tires did not mention any cracking or issues with my tires. This is very dangerous to drive on and could have resulted in them blowing out and me getting in an accident. 7:30 pm confirmed appointment for early morning to come buy a car, prepared docs and stuff...9 pm, I get classic email, car is sold but we have a similar one. Bait and switch, low life technique. Nice.

After appointment was made followed up with a remin der. Troy saw me immediately and explained what they would do.Finished in the time he said got the car washed and he explained what they did and told me if I had any problems or questions to call.Was very happy with the service I received.
