I cannot rave enough about my fantastic experience at Tempe Auto Nation Nissan! We went in without an appointment because of a security key issue, they got us in quickly and done within an hour at no charge. The service was wonderful and the car was cleaned as well, love how they made my issues their issues thank you all so much.

Anytime I have gone to get my car serviced and never have an appointment everybody’s always friendly. Sometimes my regular advisor will help me or a different person will fill in for them but I have no complaints.
Had to return for the same problem 5 days later. Inconvenience and they should have detected the issue the first time.
Avoid this dealership with extreme prejudice. I don’t even know where to start. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any retail, restaurant, or any other place where customer service should be practiced. We were treated with respect and politeness from start to finish. After a very bad experience at another Nissan dealer, Autonation Nissan made us feel very comfortable. We made a car deal in only a few short hours. Our salesman and finance professional are top notch. They both created our car buying experience to completely suit us.
