RecommendedPreston Harper is the GO TOO guy at AutoNation Nissan Tempe. He not only sold us an incredible Dodge Journey that we've been so happy with, but when we got a flat tire out in SanTan he helped us arrange to get our car to their dealership so we could get all the work done and get back on the road asap. He definitely knows Customer Service which is something I find lacking in most car dealers. Thanks to him we know we will be taken care of.
Wow - glad I did not read these reviews before visiting AutoNation Nissan Tempe. Our salesman was Mark Matthews - excellent in every way. No high pressure - but very cooperative. Did not try to talk us into something we did not want. Great personality and full of integrity - this salesman deserves gold stars!!!! Sad to see a "dealership" be untrustworthy. I would not recommend taking your car in for service at this location. If you do be very assertive about each pricing as they will lie to you and make up charges. This is the unfortunate side effect of commissions and the shadiness that comes with sales. Be careful they just want your $

I had a good experience with Britt Toms in early March. A simple transaction for a used Toyota truck. My concern is that the rest of the administrative paperwork may not have been followed up on properly. Still haven't received my plates.
