I just purchased a 2019 Murano from Nikolos Gingrich at Auto Nation Tempe. I had a great experience buying the SUV. All my questions were answered plus Nik was very professional as well. I didn't feel pressured to purchase, which made me feel at ease when I was shopping for the SUV. Everyone there was so friendly and made my buying experience was totally awesome. I do recommend to purchase a vehicle there. The prices and services are great. If I ever need another vehicle, I will return to Auto Nation Tempe for sure.
**Updated Post** We recently returned a vehicle and had a unsatisfactory experience at Autonation Nissan. The dealership contacted me in hopes of trying to rectify the situation. We spoke with Bob, the GM and with Chris, in sales. They went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle we were happy with and provided superior customer service. Thank you Bob, Chris and Vincent for making this car buying experience a happy one!

Very honest automobile needs assessment and preventative maintenance recommendations with cost estimates. Shuttle service really appreciated. Suggest Danny if seeking a Service Adviser.

They rely on their software for codes when something is wrong and don’t listen to the customer. My car did not register codes so they recommended a transmission flush for dirty fluid and then later says after we told them that we were still having issues after pulling out from the lot and dropping it right off afterwards that they didn’t know why it was happening. Now they’re saying it needs a new transmission. #1 why didn’t they say that instead of having me pay for over $400 and #2 how do they really know what it is this t... read more
Bob Bittinger (GM) gave me a fair price before I drove down, and treated me with respect. He has created a culture of customer service and integrity that is displayed by every member of the Tempe AutoNation Nissan team. Jack Chamass is an excellent sales person and gave my wife a complete overview of the vehicle that made her feel safe driving it, and choosing it as her new vehicle for the next ten years. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

The service was excellent and completed within a rapid time frame. They called after the initial inspection and recommended some other items, but we could choose whether to do them then. Everyone is very polite, friendly and efficient.
