First maintenance visit...free! Service was prompt and took less time than time initially stated, which was good because it allowed enough time to make my doc appt.
Horrible car buying experience! The salesman Aaron was great. The buisness manager we dealt with gave us a horrible gut feeling and we both said we should have walked out. And it's proving true with their integrity in service department being forthcoming about fees and their warranties. The Nissan dealership across the street was a million times better to work with.
I want to thank Alex Moore for the exceptional service we received while leasing our new car. I have been driving a Honda for 6 years and I can personally say that my new Genesis is by far the best car I've ever driven and will be purchasing/leasing another one from Alex in the future. I had a great experience at HHH. Very knowledgeable sales, insurance and financing people. I had a fun and no pressure day, instead of the stressful one I was anticipating. They worked with me to get me a payment I was comfortable with. Definitely worth the trip to explore your options if you're interested in a new or used vehicle. Ask for Adam!
HHI Hyundai is simply the best!! I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Shawn and Mike completely took the stress (or what I thought was going to be stress) of buying a new car away. They were understanding of what I needed, immediately put me in a car that I loved, beat competitors prices, made sure I was happy with my decision, and were super fun to work with. Love my car, but the service is awful and they can't seem to get anything right even after multiple calls/emails/messages. Can't wait to finish the new car process so I can wash my hands of them for good.
