Horrible customer service. Purchased a used vehicle and managers unable to process followup paperwork correctly after several calls. Also, they do unauthorized credit checks for cash purchases. Yes, I have removed their placard off my vehicle. No free advertisement here. I will not refer family and friends to Hilton Head Auto Mall.
