Drove all the way down from Charleston after spending all afternoon getting specs for a truck that they were advertising online to go through all the processes of pulling credit...them they say “sorry. This vehicle is cash sale only because of the mileage.” They really could have told me that over the phone before I drove 2 hours to come down and do paperwork!! Worst customer service ever!!
Brought 2017 Elantra in because battery was dead. They told me new battery installed was $395. When I asked why so expensive I was told the “Elantra” was the most expensive battery to replace even though it’s their least expensive car. Have owned car for 28 months with 38K miles. Battery had 3 year/36k warranty and they were unwilling to reduce price even after I reminded them that I have leased 5 cars with them in the last 4 years. Called Firestone and they told me to bring car over and replaced battery in 10 minutes for $1... read more
