Satisfied with customer service and service personnel are pleasant but pitiful , unattractive, out In the open waiting area and non existent decent reading material. Not real satisfactory for long service waits. You would think a dealership that sells $70 ,000 cars would upgrade some.

When I went in Hyundai to have my car service the Rep in service who helped me was very friendly. He let me know everything that was going on and kept me informed. I believe his name is Mackai. He really knows the definition of customer service
