Better communication with the customers
Everyone was really nice, I enjoyed my experience there. Garrison Edenfield went above and beyond to get me in the right car for me. I would highly recommend Peacock Hyundai in Hilton Head.
Bryce, Jeff and Matt were a pleasure to work with and I was able to find exactly the car I wanted for the price range I was looking to stay in. They were extremely patient and answered all of my questions. Bryce even sat in the car with me and walked me through all of the features and technology.
Service dept is a rip off. Nothing was wrong with my car until they handled some recalls. within 24 hours my alternator was fried & they quoted $1000 for repairs. When I got my car back my change dish had only a few pennies in it. I was robbed of about $15 in quarters & $8 cash
Everyone was friendly and helpful, there was no pressure to make purchase and they worked with me to arrive at figures that we could work with to get the car that we wanted and most importantly, suit our needs.
